MY SERVICES
An email is a great format to tell us how you feel, good or bad. Certified inspection reports for completed new homes. We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business. HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number of the owner/principal for identity check purposes.
Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses. We'll work with you to schedule your home inspection at a time that works well for you. Although we strongly encourage you to tag along, your presence at the inspection is not required.
Homeowner Services
Ridgeline wants to provide the peace of mind of your future purchase. The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. HomeAdvisor uses an extensive screening process to screen businesses and business owners/principals.

I thought this guy seemed to know what he was doing, but being a first-time home buyer, I didn't really know what to look for. He missed a really awfully-botched seal job on the back of the chimney, through which a host of animals have now made their way into the attic.
His report is extremely detailed and easy to read. He also was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions, but explained everything he was looking for as well.
